1.        The Church Secretary will handle all reservations.  She may be contacted at the church (665-4873).  This will include getting group name, contact person, their phone number and the time the pavilion is to be in use.      

2.        Reservations will be taken during the months of January thru March 1 for church related activities.  After March 1st  reservations will be open to any church member or friends.  Reservations will not be taken for the following year. 

3.        A $50.00 suggested donation may be given or mailed to the church secretary or the church. 

4.        Use of the pavilion includes use of the ball field unless told different (i.e., church league is using the field).

RULES

1.         Any group must have had a prior reservation before using

2.         NO alcoholic beverages

3.         NO smoking

4.         Pavilion must be returned to the same condition as when you arrived

5.         Donations can be given or mailed to the church or church secretary

6.         Please sweep the floor

7.         Please put all trash in the proper containers

8.         Please make sure electric is turned off (stove, lights, etc.)

9.         Please make sure all water faucets are turned off

10.        Please make sure all commodes are flushed

11.     Please remove garbage from pavilion and take it to the green dumpsters along the driveway.

12.     Please lock up Pavilion and return the key to its proper place or person
